The judgement
It is hexagram 7 of the I Ching, formed by the Water trigram below and the Earth one above: six lines, three for each trigram. The Army needs a worthy leader and shared discipline. Without order, courage becomes a mob; with order, even a few are enough.

What it means today
This is not a time for individualism. A line is needed, a clear mandate, mutual loyalty. If you lead, be just; if you follow, be precise.
Classic image
In the middle of the earth there is water: the hidden reserve. The wise person is generous with the people and so gathers strength.
Love
In love, make a team against the problem, not against each other. A disciplined “we” saves more than a romantic explosion.
Work
At work, define roles and mission. A team without command scatters; a command without listening is hated.
Relationships
In relationships, choose those willing to share a common rule. Vague coalitions do not hold under stress.
Decisions
Do not wage private wars. If you act, act with mandate, measure, and a possible retreat.
